We believe talent is universal but opportunity is not. CT TerraMach is committed to unlocking potential through education. Our Foundation, operating under the theme “Educate the girl child and empower the nation”, focuses on the girl child from disadvantaged communities.
We identify promising students and sponsor full academic and sports scholarships, sending them to the United States for higher education, opening life-changing pathways to global leadership.
Sports Development & Sponsorship
Sport builds character, unity, and resilience, values we champion both on and off the field. We sponsor major athletics sports events in Zimbabwe, soccer tournaments, and individual athletic programs.
Our initiatives support training centers, supply kits to community clubs, and fund regional meets. We believe in providing talented youth with platforms to grow and shine.

We invest in tangible improvements that enhance quality of life and economic participation in mining host communities. We support clean water access points, build community rooms, and recondition schools.
Additionally, we source materials locally and contract regional craftsmen, ensuring that capital stays inside the community, boosting livelihoods and trade.

While primarily an engineering firm, we recognize our role in promoting responsible resource use. We integrate eco-friendly design practices and fuel-efficient technologies across our heavy machinery fleets.
Through smart process engineering, we help mining clients reduce water consumption and recycle tails, ensuring the preservation of surrounding ecosystems.
